We publish current, sourced guides on Spokane ADU rules, permits, and cost, and we connect homeowners with licensed local builders who serve their jurisdiction. We are a marketing and lead-referral business. We do not design, permit, or build anything.
How matching works
- You tell us about your jurisdiction, ADU type, and project through the get-matched form.
- We connect you with a licensed local ADU builder who serves your jurisdiction.
- You talk directly with that builder, who handles design, permitting, and construction. You contract with them, not with us.
Why it is free to you
Homeowners pay nothing to use Lilac City ADU. We are paid by the builder, not by you. That keeps the guides and the matching service free, and it means you are never billed for a referral.

How we keep the information trustworthy
ADU rules and costs carry real consequences, so we hold the content to a strict standard. Every regulatory and fee specific is cited to a primary government source or clearly flagged for verification, cost is always presented as a dated range rather than a quote, and we flag conflicts between older local documents and the 2023 state law, HB 1337, rather than guessing. We do not publish review stars, testimonials, or any figure we cannot stand behind.
