About the service

Lilac City ADU is operated by Compass Camper LLC, doing business as Compass Lead Group. We are a marketing and matching service that connects homeowners with independent licensed local ADU builders. We do not design, permit, or build, and we are not a contractor, architect, engineer, or lender. All construction is performed by independent licensed third-party builders that you contract with directly.

No professional advice and no guarantees

Content on this site is general information, not legal, financial, or construction advice. We do not guarantee any price, timeline, financing approval, permit outcome, or the work of any builder. Regulatory and cost details should be confirmed with the relevant jurisdiction and a licensed professional before you act.

Independent builders

The builder you are matched with is an independent business. We are not responsible for their work, contracts, or conduct. Your agreement for design, permitting, and construction is between you and that builder.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully and only for your own ADU project research.

Intellectual property

The site content and brand are owned by Compass Camper LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any builder you are matched with.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

TCPA consent and contact disclosures

When you submit the get-matched form and check the consent box, you agree that Compass Lead Group and the licensed local builder you are matched with may contact you about your ADU project. The following disclosures apply:

• You consent to be contacted by phone call, text message, and email at the number and address you provide.
• Contact may be made using automated technology where applicable.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or asking us to stop contacting you.
• The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. Submitting without checking it means you have not provided consent to be contacted by those methods.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
